All meeting and event venues have state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment: computer, Wi-Fi internet access, printer, audio-visual systems, microphones, multimedia projector and screen, flip chart with unlimited paper, white board, note pads, writing materials. Special touches include still and sparkling mineral water and juicy apples on all tables in the venue. Each venue features natural daylight and air conditioning, also available black out facilities. Ample car parking facilities for visitors are near Manor. We provide on-site technical assistance and advice. Upon request, we will ensure any other necessary equipment.

The interior of the manor’s Main House has been created as one united light and fair streamed through space where halls collide and connect with each other with invisible boundaries. The front door from the courtyard leads you in the Entrance Hall which with wide aisle and four way glass doors connects to the Ball room, along the park side in the back yard. The Entrance Hall has been architected fair with a light feel of the time that has passed through the Manor during the centuries. The floor is covered in Estonian dolomite stone plates and in front of the main doors there lies an unglazed old tile stove that has been restored and maintains its natural terracotta clay finish. The Ball Hall proudly has two sculptor Gustav Šķilters’ impressive bas-relief scuptures on the wall, Rud-Ibach-Sohn grand piano glazed tile fireplace on the fine oak shield parquet floor and direct exit to the park. This would be a perfect place where to celebrate your special occasion, enjoy private performances or organize a welcome reception.
DINING ROOM (66 m2)

Dining room offers an ultimate exclusive dining experience and comfortable atmosphere, where you can enjoy a Gourmet meal. Venue’s floor is covered by oak shield parquet and illuminated by three crystal chandeliers. The magnificent fireplace with sculptures of angels and silhouettes of virgins dominates on the wall of Dining room and a baroque style buffet from the end of the XIX century.
VERANDA (48 m2)

The Veranda is a light and contemporary venue that will be suitable for many different events and intimate ceremonies enjoying champagne or the afternoon tea. It has arched windows without curtains on three sides, a beautiful panorama of the park and exit to south-eastern terraces which leads down by neo-Renaissance-style staircase to the adjacent lake and heart-shaped island. Veranda is suitable for a champagne and canapé reception, followed by a Gourmet dinner in the Dining Room. During reception, guests can enjoy networking on the terrace with panoramic views and breathing in the refreshing country air.
LIBRARY (65 m2)
Informal board meeting up to 8 persons/ reception up to 20 persons.
Library is planned for quiet talks over cognac and cigars near the majestic fireplace, reading books from or enjoying table games from the manor’s collection. The room is located in the width of the Main House building with a fireplace in the center and along both inside walls where in architecture and details the 19th century historical style thinking has been used in clear and simple lines and graphics that match with selected Biedermeier style furniture.
LADIES SALON (36 m2) un GENTLEMEN SALON (36 m2)

Restored ceiling paintings, gorgeous and huge hand-fashioned oriental carpet on the oak herringbone parquet give a special charm to both – Ladies and Gentlemen salon. Ladies salon is between Dining Room and Ballroom, but Gentlemen salon - between Library and Ballroom. Salons are perfect for more intimate reception such as small candlelit dinner listening to piano music. Guests can enjoy a champagne and canapé reception in Salons followed by a Gourmet dinner in the Dining Room.
MAP ROOM (55 m2)

Map room located on the 2nd floor. Walls are covered with historical maps from previous centuries, but wide windows offer nice views of the front courtyard. This venue is ideal for meetings and the best choice for team-building and brainstorming sessions. It is possible to change usual boardroom set up with lounge seating comprising of comfy sofas and chairs to break down formality.
PARK (7,8 ha)
The Italian Renaissance garden complete with grapevine-entwined pergolas and charming little bridge with heart-shaped island will be the perfect spot for your special celebration. Park is an ideal venue for larger ceremonies and celebrations. The beautiful terrace with panoramic views is perfect for drinks during summer months, while croquet can be played in the park to add a garden party twist.
CARRIAGE HOUSE (170 m2)
Rumene Manor ensemble with the summer of 2015 has been joined by the newly renovated Carriage House. On the first floor you will find our seasonal restaurant “Café Rumene”, where you are invited to discover variations of the traditional flavours through new gastronomical experience, whereas the second floor of the building offers meeting room Carriage, that is perfect for private or corporate events – meeting space with full service and up to date equipment. We are offering our guests business and pastoral elegance values on a different standard providing the highest quality conference space for the most demanding customers.
